WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We ship only in USA. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not deliver to outside of USA.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase at your Tendance Pratique store. If you are within these deadlines, do not hesitate to contact customer service at the following address: contact@titanssport.com We will ask you to mention the following information: - Subject of the email: Order cancellation - Number of the order to be canceled Our teams will cancel your order and will then proceed to a full refund. In the event that you are out of time and your package has already been shipped, we can not do anything until you receive your order, after which we can proceed to a refund if necessary and this, after return of the item to our warehouses. We respond within 24 business hours.

WHEN WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Each order is shipped within 5-8 working days. We work with suppliers all over the world and this leads to significant delivery times.
