WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will contain links allowing you to track the status of your order. You will then receive an email when sending your order.

What are the shipping/delivery times?

Currently, we only deliver in the United States.

Delivery method:

Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 8 days. (Monday to Friday) using UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Processing time: 1-3 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?

Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes ask for a counter signature upon receipt. If this is the case and you are not on delivery, a card will be issued to your mailbox with information on how to proceed. Packages delivered by post usually do not require a counter-signature.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and delivery in your account.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your package can be tracked, the information related to this tracking will appear in the email that will be sent to you during shipping.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged simply by sending us an email to contact@titanssport.com.

Shipment Status:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don't immediately receive a shipping confirmation email, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range indicated at checkout and we will make sure to deliver the items within this time.

Order changes:

Once your order has been validated, it is modified or canceled.

Item not received:

If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it while the tracking status indicates that it is delivered. you would like to contact the carrier to search for your bags because once the item is bagged, we have control over it (once it is by the carrier), but if this persists, please send us an email at contact@titanssport.com.
